SPB has received an award in the III Healthy Company Awards granted by the Human Resources Observatory. To be more explicit, the company has been recognized in the Culture of positive leadership category for the thought put into our Formula Wellness.
The awards ceremony has been held in Santander’s Bank financial city in Madrid, remarking that these awards are growing year after year.
In the Jury’s decision they argue that the award was given to SPB in order to prize the Wellness Formula for being a transversal project in which positive leadership constitutes a fundamental pillar for its execution and effectiveness. Miguel Burdeos’s role as president of the company has been highlighted for being a great demonstrator of this culture and for being responsible for passing on this practice to the rest of the management team and company employees.
Other companies awarded in this edition were Iberdrola, SEAT group, Santander Bank, Quinton Laboratories or DKV Insurance.
