SPB publishes the first episode of the iSPB Days Podcast

SPB > COMPANY > SPB publishes the first episode of the iSPB Days Podcast
  • As part of our commitment to innovation, last July we started the SPB Innovation Days, the iSPB Days.

SPB has published the first chapter of the iSPB Days podcast, the first of the innovation days held at SPB. In this first episode, we share the interview that Gracia Burdeos, CEO of SPB Global, conducted with Rubén Hidalgo, Director of Corporate Venturing at CAPSA FOOD about innovation, innovative culture and open innovation.

Innovation is one of the company’s strongest values. It is and always has been present, not only in our final product, but also in all our processes. The iSPB Days initiative stems from this commitment to innovation, with the firm intention of fostering this innovative culture in all the links of the company, and also to share experiences and knowledge with professionals from other large companies that can help us move forward, providing new perspectives and learning.

Publishing the sessions in podcast format is a way of disseminating these very interesting conferences and of publicising our commitment not only to innovation, but also to other areas such as cultural transformation and change management, the central themes of the following conferences.

We share the first chapter, which we have entitled Structures and governance of innovation with the CAPSA VIDA model.
